Counter Team $14 Hourly Cashier, barista, prep cook, retail

Position overview

Supports the daily operations of Raw Market by providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages to set standards, maintaining product quality, and ensuring the store environment reflects our market's commitment to organic ingredients, sustainability, wellness, and high quality service. Team members may work across multiple sub roles and will be cross trained.

Pay

Starts at $14 an hour plus shared tips. Raises are offered for reliability and performance.

Kitchen Prep and Production $18 to $20 Hourly Back of house, early and night prep

Position overview

Supports the daily food production operations at Raw Market by preparing high quality ready to eat meals and ingredients. This role is primarily back of house and does not require customer facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, efficient, comfortable working independently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean professional kitchen environment.

Pay

$18 to $20 an hour based on experience. Raises are offered for reliability and performance.

Kitchen Manager $22 to $30 Hourly Leads all kitchen operations

Position overview

Oversees all kitchen operations to ensure high quality food preparation, consistent recipe execution, efficient workflow, minimized waste, and strong communication between the kitchen and front of house teams. This role includes leadership, creativity, ordering, inventory management, staff training, and active participation in both kitchen and customer facing duties.

Pay

$22 to $30 an hour based on experience. Raises are offered for reliability and performance.

Operational Manager $25 to $30 Hourly Leads all operations

Position overview

Oversees the overall function and efficiency of Raw Market. This role ensures that all departments, front of house, retail, and kitchen, are aligned, consistent, and working smoothly. The Operations Manager supports managers and leads, improves systems, maintains standards, and ensures the store delivers a high quality customer experience every day. This position is both hands on and administrative, with a focus on structure, communication, and operational oversight.

Pay

$25 to $30 an hour based on experience. Raises are offered for reliability and performance.
